Trafficking Tattoo Cover-Up

Reclaiming the Story Written on Your Skin

Some tattoos weren’t chosen. They were branded — forced, coerced, or tied to survival. At Atlanta Redemption Ink, we believe those marks do not define you. Our cover-up process is about more than art — it’s about reclaiming your body, rewriting your story, and walking in freedom again.

Why This Matters

Traffickers and abusers often use tattoos to mark ownership, territory, or control. For survivors, these reminders can cause flashbacks, judgment, or fear in public spaces. Covering them is an act of reclamation.. Every tattoo our network restore tells a story of dignity regained.

What We Do

Our team connects each survivor with professional tattoo artists in our national network who specialize in trauma-informed cover-up work. Each design session begins with a conversation — no pressure, no judgment. You’ll collaborate on something meaningful that represents your healing journey. Every artist is vetted, compassionate, and understands the sensitivity of this process.
